All troops must adhere to the Girl Scout girl:adult safety ratio. Troop leaders must bring the following items to encampment: Girl and Adult Health Histories for all campers (2 copies: 1 for the encampment team and 1 to keep with the troop) and girl permission slips. We will host a leader meeting 1 month prior to encampment to go over last minute details and provide answers to any questions.

She & Me Daisy Program:

​Open to Daisies that are ready to experience camp but have not done an overnight away from Mom and Dad! This She & Me camp will give younger Girl Scouts a chance to participate in Encampment and bond with their parent. Campers and Parents will camp together with other Daisy/Parent pairs and participate in camp activities that are left with instructions at the Daisy Cabin. You will have Saturday Lunch, Dinner, Campfire Program, Sunday Breakfast and Scouts Own "Closing ceremony" with the larger camp community.

Daisy Program Check In: Saturday October 12th 9-10 a.m.

Daisy Program Check Out: 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Adult chaperones:

​All adults volunteers must be registered for Encampment.

Troops spending the night must be accompanied by an adult volunteer(s) who has completed the required outdoor skill trainings. Any registered adult volunteers (leaders, etc.) who will be chaperoning can be trained. See the Encampment Registration form for more info on the skills you need. See the training calendar at sdgirlscouts.org to reserve your space in trainings before October 11th.
