Sept. 17: Coastal Cleanup Day!

La Mesa Girl Scouts can help make our beaches beautiful! The 38th annual Coastal Cleanup Day returns on Saturday, September 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.


Details: With more than 70 sites across San Diego County, Coastal Cleanup Day is the county's largest single-day environmental cleanup effort. Volunteers will join nearly one million volunteers worldwide in the removal of pollution from our neighborhoods, canyons, creeks and beaches. The cleanup has been organized by I Love a Clean San Diego. You can register yourself or your troop online here!
