The following are decisions the girls made after brainstorming, discussion and voting in blind zoom polls. We currently have 50 people in 5 troops confirmed. The registration is open until November 16th.
Theme: Alice in Winter Wonderland! Fun Patch design competition is open until December 1st. Please send your ideas this way!
Programming: Think Like A Citizen Scientist Journey (Outdoor Journey). If you have a rotation idea please share with the group!
Take Action Project (TAP) Possibility: Planting Saplings onsite at Winacka or collecting acorns to refrigerate and return to plant.
Activities: Nicole is checking on Canoe Instructor Availability. There will also be Archery. Girls will be able to do both weather and instructor availability permitting.
Campfire Program: Depending on temps. Saturday evenings campfire programming may be moved indoors to the lodge stage for skits and songs. The lodge fireplace can be used for SMORES.
FOOD: We have enough left over from Leader and Me Encampment to supplement some meals. The remaining meal ingredients Troops will be assigned items to contribute.
Friday Meals:
Dinner- BYO Sack Dinner to eat in the lodge.
Dessert: Mad Hatter Tea Party Hot Cocoa and Cookies at 8pm (Provided by LMSU)
Saturday Meals:
Breakfast: Pancakes, Sausage and Fruit
Lunch: Troops Cook Their Own
Dinner: Taco/Nacho Bar (Potluck Style-Troops will have assigned items)
Dessert: SMORES (Provided by LMSU)
